Fleeing an attack on her father's Castle, Princess Gwendolyn (Ashley Jones, The Young and The Restless) takes refuge in a ruin with her lady-in-waiting and seven of her father's elite King's Guard. The royal party have managed to escape with the Princess' dowry; a treasure chest filled with gold. But a group of bandits have followed them, lead by the evil Lord Morton (Ron Perlman, Alien Resurrection), and the notorious traitor Augustus Talbert, (Eric Roberts, Runaway Train) once commander of the King's Guard. The bandits want the gold but Talbert is set on destroying the royal family. For the King's Guard, their lives pledged to defend the crown, this may be a fight to the death.
