A Roadtrip, a Romance, and a Not-So-Dead Body.

Danny Aiello plays Al McCord suffering from a nasty mid life crisis - even his brand new car can`t help him pull chicks. Imagine his astonishment when a beautiful young woman (Angelina Jolie) singles him out from all his friends and starts coming on strong - coincidently she needs a ride out to the Mojave Desert, where her mother lives!

Little does he know that she`s falling in love with him as he`s falling for her mother, Julie (Anne Archer). Julie`s psychotic boyfriend menaces Al who`s caught in the middle of a dangerous love triangle.

When the trunk of his car serves as a temporary Morgue it`s up to Al to find some explanation. His life may never again be the same.
