Undercover FBI agent Amanda Foster is assigned to transport Nick Constantine to Federal prison in Los Angeles. Nick is a well-known high tech thief who has been jailed for selling his company's military secrets to the highest bidder. On the night of the assignment, the city is rocked by a devastating earthquake forcing Amanda and nick to fight their way through the city streets while being pursued by ruthless assassins and corrupt cops.
