Luc Devreux (Matt Battaglia) and Veronica Roberts (Chanda West) recover and revive Luc's long lost brother Eric (Jeff Wincott), who has been suspended in a cryo-chamber for decades. Together they attempt to expose the Unisol program led by Mazur (Gary Busey), which recycles dead soldiers int he attempt to create the ultimate mercenary army.
