Ben Kinnear (Mick Molloy) and Mick Paddock (Bob Franklin) are undercover cops with the elite Zero Tolerance Unit. Busted down to uniformed duties after a series of humiliating blunders, the due accidentally uncover a conspiracy that goes right to the middle.
