Ticket scalper, Franklin Hatchett, is no big time criminal. Sure, he sells court-side seats that are actually located in the nose-bleed section, but that's about as crooked as he gets. So when he's wrongly accused of killing two cops, Franklin finds himself facing more than just some angry baseball fans - he's got half of the L.A.P.D. wanting a piece of him. and this time no amount of smooth sales lines are going to save him! Catapulted from obscurity to celebrity overnight, everyone wants him - dead or alive - and the only person who can save his butt is a television reporter as obnoxious and opportunistic as he is. Charlie Sheen (Hot Shots) and Chris Tucker (Friday) star as the most unlikely duo since Lethal Weapon in the killer comedy, Money Talks.
