Crane became a household name as the star of the hit comedy series HOGAN'S HEROES - but the flipside to fame and fortune was Crane's insatiable desire to love hard and live fast. Fuelled by lust and driven by his destructive friendship with sleazy salesman John Carpenter, Crane's life would spin out of control and eventually lead to his brutal murder- which remains one of the most scandalous unsolved mysteries in Hollywood history.
