Loyal, lovable Rusty the beagle is not about to let anyone mess with his recently orphaned "humans", Jory and Tess, who are now living happily with their grandparents, the owners of an amazing animal shelter. So when greedy cousins Bart and Bertha try to get their paws on the kids' trust fund and kidnap the shelter's puppies, Rusty scratches up a plan to collar the criminals. With the help of some crazy creatures - from elephants to snakes, and everything in between - the devoted dog lads the money grubbers on a wild goose chase that's full of fun, excitement and adventure!
