The Road Master's Motorcycle Club, led by their handsome leader, Buddy (DAVID RASHE), just eluded yet another jail term, but maybe not for long. At their pre-fourth of July party, Brother Gypsy bites the dust testing his new supercharged bike at 200 miles per hour. Over the protests of his wife Kitty (CATHERINE BACH), Buddy leads the Road Master's to Las Vegas for Gypsy's funeral even though it means violating their latest probation. They don't mean to break any laws. But the laws keep getting in their way.
The unexpected funeral run gives their arch enemies, Hoover (RAY BAKER), the self-proclaimed official Keeper of the law and order, yet another chance to lock them up once and for all. He sends a special tactical force after them which grows from town to town, but our madcap motorcycle club can't be concerned with such a minor detail. Once they hit the road, it's a non-stop party in memory of their brother Gypsy. After all, nobody said a funeral has to be a solemn affair.
