That's Kevin's take on his city, the little city where the chaotic lives of his friend's criss-cross in unexpected and surprising ways. For example, there's Adam (Josh Charles - "S.W.A.T."), a struggling artist who works as a cab driver and blames his difficulties with women on his former girlfriend Kate (Joanna Going - "Runaway Jury"). She just happened to dump him for serial lesbian Anne (JoBeth Williams - "Jungle to Jungle").
As a result, he's neglecting his current squeeze Nina (Annabella Sciorra - "What Dreams May Come") to the point that she's now spending all her time with his best mate, bartender Kevin (Jon Bon Jovi - "U571").
Enter new girl in town, Rebecca (Penelope Ann Miller - "Along Came a Spider"). She lands a job working with Kevin but also grabs the attention of the predatory Anne.
