A French girl stranded in the canal zone becomes involved in international intrigue. A fine spy drama with a striking performance from Tracy as he runs into Gallian in Panama (years earlier she had been left there after a kidnapping). He finds her most helpful in his attempt to thwart the bombing of the Panama Canal. From the novel of Jacques Deval.
