An intense psychological thriller that finds a NYC policeman obsessed with administering his own form of justice against an admitted cop-killer. The cop is mysteriously confronted by a sociopathic punk who has witnessed his extreme methods of law enforcement. The sociopath, in a twisted form of street morality, engages the officer in a session of paranoid psychotherapy, if only to prove that life on the street can end up preying on those who are employed to ensure its safety.

In "Corrupt", the lines of acceptable conduct are forgotten, and justice is bent beyond recognition!
