Set along Manhattan's Tenth Avenue, this is Hell's Kitchen as we have never seen it portrayed. The neighborhood operates on union labout, beer at Tony's bar, sports betting and the resulting debt to loan sharks.
Frankie Thomas has four best friends - these are the guys he's grown up with, and for whom he would lay down his life. When one is a victim in a series of killings, Frankie vows to turn the neighborhood upside down to uncover the killer.
Frankie has to make a choice between his commitment to the neighborhood and his desire for the truth. For Frankie, there is no turning back when he is faced with the ultimate truth: it is always the friend who does the deed. He makes a life or death choice which determines his fate and that of all those closest to him.
