2002, 90 minutes, Rated M

I'm With Lucy is a fast-paced romantic comedy about the situations we endure in pursuit of the ideal mate - occasionally embarrassing, frequently laughable, always memorable - and how, through the fun and foibles of modern-day dating, every happy trail begins as a rocky road.

When Luck (Monica Potter) finds out about her ex-boyfriend's engagement, she attempts to let go of her past, embarking on a hilarious string of blind dates with five distinctly different men. Her wild ride resolves with the serenity of true love, but not before chatting and chess with Doug (John Hannah), a wild romp around the loft with Gabriel (Gael Garcia Bernal), a doubleheader of Vivaldi and baseball cards with Bobby (Anthony LaPaglia), a sundrenched trip to Florida with Luke (David Boreanaz), and a chance screening of home movies with Barry )Henry Thomas) and her parents (Harold Ramis, Julie Christie) in tow.

I'm With Lucy flashes forward and back, from bedroom to taxicab, in the end showing that Mr. Perfect is not always Mr, Right, and Mr. Right is not always Mr. Perfect.
