High school sweethearts Angela and Travis are at a cross roads in their relationship. But just as the couple come close to a decision their school zealously implements a new 'abstinence only' approach to sex education.
With abstinence fever sweeping the school, Caroline, a fellow student, heads up a Pledge Card drive to win herself a college recommendation at the expense of other student's privacy.
Frustrated with bias propaganda and a one-sided approach to sex education Angela goes head to head with the school's administration while Caroline begins her won investigation into Angela's summer break activites.
