Jessica Alba (television's Dark Angel) stars as Honey Daniels, a dancer and choregrapher working as a bartender and record store clerk until she gets that one big break. When she finally succeeds, it feels too good to be true. And sadly, it is... until Honey gets a new dream. Fuelled by the exuberant energy of a group of neighbourhood kids, Honey comes back to the sheer joy of letting it all out on the dance floor.

"Honey" also stars Mekhi Phifer (8 Mile) and features Lil Romeo (winner of 2001 Billboard Music Award for "Rap Artist Of The Year"), with cameo appearances by Missy Elliot, Ginuwine and Jadakiss and Sheek.
