"School is hell and it just got a lot worse."

Casey Noland (Justin Urich) is a high school kid with no direction in life. Sarah his attractive classmate has a morbid fascination with death which truly captivates Casey (Lisa Loeb). So much so, that he decides to transcend to immortal fame by becoming a serial killer. The only problem being he can't bring himself to carry out the act of killing. Unbeknownst to all, a 'real' serial killer stalks the streets and Casey thinks he might know who the maniac is.
