The miracle in this sequel to the 1976 remake of the original beauty and the beast tale comes in the form of Lady Kong, a female African Gorilla. The story begins following the death of King Kong after he has fallen from the top of the World Trade Centre.
Scientists trying to bring Kong back to life find they need a blood match in order to revive the giant primate, and miraculously, a female of Kong's size and demeanor is discovered just in time in Africa. When the two meet, it's love at first sight, and the happy couples escape. An exciting chase follows, with a doctor played by Linda Hamilton, committed to saving them.
