Successful microbrewery owner and workaholic, Noah Stone (Treat Williams) is recovering from a heart attack when he discovers his brother and business partner is in debt with the mob. Forced to pay off huge gamblign bills, he allows the mob to use Noah's brewery as a front.

But friction within the mob has created a problem and Noah and his brewery become involved in a tug-of-war between mob members. Caughter in a bizarre web of strange mob codes and allegiances, Noah and his wife (Kim Cattrall) have 36 hours to save his family, his business and his life.
