Hustlers, players and gangsters rule the urban streets of New York in this story about loyalty and betrayal. Billy Goode, a street-smart crook (Tyrin Turner, Menace II Society) and his partner Jackie Williams (John "BJ" Bryant, Belly) are two small time gangsters with dream of seeing their names in the headlines. After a shooting and robbery that doesn't give them the attention they desire, the partners hook up with the local crmie boss Kenyatta (Clifton Powell, Rush Hour) who has a major agenda to shake up the city.
Kenyatta's first assignment for the partners is to kill two racist cops. After a thrilling ambush and a brutal shooting they finally see their hard work on the front page of the papers. Now they are known gangsters with all the money and street respect they've been searching for. Next on the gangster's master plan is to take out the untouchable crime lords of New York City King Fisher (Ice-T) and Sam (Snoop Dogg).
Billy and Jackie stake out a big time drug dealer who is connected with the crime lords and manically execute the hit. Little do they know that they are being watched by a junkie who is reporting directly to Sam (Snoop Dogg). Once the word on the street is out, Billy and Jackie are marked men. The film climaxes in an action-packed gun battle on the city streets where the last man standing wins all. It's all about money, respect, and power... parnters to the death.
