12 year old Charlie Spiegle (Ben Diskin) has a problem. He's the new kid in school and an easy target for bullies. How can he possibly become popular? If he could only win the school's Father/Son competition. But Charlie's father, Stan Spiegle (Wallace Shawn National Lampoon's Vegas Vacation, The Princess Bride) is a bigger nerd than his son! What can Charlie do? But a new dad. Joe (Nick Cassavetes) is the perfect candidate; handsome, strong, with an exciting career. But when Joe's troublesome past with the mob comes back, Charlie is kidnapped by Joe's former boss. Now "old dad" and "new dad" must work together to save "their" son. It will take more than brawn or brains to save him. It will take a Superdad!
