Fairy tales do come true. All you need is a magic lamp, or a magic wand... or a magic bubble.
Julia Cole's (Diane Salinger) life has become dull and safe and on her 40th birthday she becomes terribly depressed, wishing she didn't know her true age.
And that's when the magic begins. A bottle of enchanted soap bubbles appears in her bedroom. She starts blowing bubbles, makes a wish, and instantly forgets she is 40. Or 30. Or even 20! She becomes ageless, timeless - and unbelievably happy. But her family and friends go into shock. Her advertising executive husband, Charles (John Calvin) is convinced his wife is having a nervous breakdown. So he sends her to a therapist. But Dr Block (Wallace Shawn) finds her normal and utterly charming. In fact, she ends up helping him!
And the effect on Julia's children, friends and mother-in-law? It might just knock your socks off! The Magic Bubble, where fantasy, romance and comedy all blend together in a charming upbeat story for the entire family.
