2000, 84 minutes, Rated M

Writer/Director Richard Shepard (Oxygen) takes us into the underbelly of one of the most dangerous places in the world in the new dramatic thriller Mexico City.

Starring Stacy Edwards (In The Company Of Men, Chicago Hope) and Robert Patrick (Terminator 2, Texas Rangers, All The Pretty Horses), Mexico City is filled with excellent performances, beautiful photography and undeniable tension.

Mitch Cobb (Edwards) is suffering from a personal tragedy. She heads down to Mexico to escape her troubled life. But when she wakes up to find her brother Sam (Johnny Zander) missing, she realizes her problems are only beginning. She doesn't speak the language and doesn't know her way around. The police are no help, nor is the U.S. Embassy.

Knowing no one in Mexico but a helpful ex-coin taxi driver (brilliant newcomer Jorge Robles) Mitch sets off to search for her brother through the mean streets of one of the most dangerous cities in the world. Foot chases, shootouts, double crosses and murder follow. Eventually Mitch uncovers a mystery she never imagined in a place beyond her wildest imagination.
