Summer vacation has never been so much fun! When Tom Sawyer comes to Stow Falls to spend the summer with his Aunt Polly and her best friend Chuck, the action starts and responsibility goes out the window.
Stow Falls needs a new recreation center and the local merchants will donate money if the kids clean up the town. The incentive: a pass to Adventure Planet, a great new amusement park. For each chore the kids get one token. The most tokens wins the pass. But this time Tom's not painting the fence for his token. He's getting the neighbourhood kids to do all his chorse for him, and collecting the tokens himself.
Join Tom (Philip Van Dyke) as he wheels and deals his way through Stow Falls, falling for pretty Becky Thatcher and getting caught up in a slippery criminal plot to steal the town's money in this modern rendition of Mark Twain's immortal classic.
