Adam Vance (C. Thomas Howell) has seemingly perfect life - a great job, terrific friends and a good marriage. But because his wife was the victim of an attack and is understandably unresponsive, he has not had sex in quite some time. Adam soon finds himself looking for other ways to fulfil his desires.
He hears about cyber-chat, a website where he can do anything he wants without ever leaving his home. If offers the perfect solution - with no physical contact, it is all fantasy - and no risk.
Adam logs on and meets the beautiful "Angel" (LaLa Sloatman). But Angel is as psychotic as she is seductive, and she'll do anything to have her way. Angel likes to play naughty, and lust, blackmail and murder are just a few of her ideas of fun. The simple cyber "affair" that started as a game soon escalates into a murder spree.
As Adam is pulled deeper into Angel's deadly web, he will fight for everything, including his life and he lives of the ones he loves. Now that he knows the rules, Adam is wondering whether he ever should have started playing Net Games.
