IN THE NEAR FUTURE, a group of bio-engineers at the Nova Corporation make an amazing scientific breakthrough by genetically engineering human clones. But when a mad scientist by the name of Dr. Oh (Pat Morita) creates an "Obedience Strain" that will allow him mind control over the clones, Nova Corp casts him out and revokes his license. Dr Oh vows revenge on his former colleagues and creates Takeru (Masu Funaki), cloned to be the perfect killing machine.

Meanwhile, Nova Corp learns of Dr. Oh's plan and hires Masden (Sam Bottoms), a tough as nails bounty hunter to destroy Dr. Oh's cloning factory. Masden tears into Dr. Oh's legion of experimental mutant clones with extreme prejudice, and manages to assassinate Dr. Oh, but discovers he is no match for the genetically superior Takeru. At the same time, Nova Corp is secretly at work on their super clone - one powerful enough to take on Takeru. But beautfil Dr. Louise Forster (Alexandra Kamp) wants no part of it. Trying to stay alive, she finds herself teamed with Masden in an explosive manhunt that puts them in the crossfire of the deadly clone wars.

While protecting a sexy woman of the streets from a brutal attack, Takeru finds himself in a situation that he thought impossible; he has fallen in love with her. With his newfound heart, he finds himself willing to fight side by side with Masden to somehow rid the world of deadly clones.
