BioTek Corporation scientist Dr. Karol Wasacz's newest creation - a microchip which can actually bring inanimate objects to life - is destined to change the world! But when the doctor learns that BioTek plans to use the amazing discovery for evil purposes, he's determined to hide his findings. So, when a daring effort to stop BioTek lands Dr. Wasacz in jail, the world's most valuable microchip winds up in the most unlikely of places...

A vacuum cleaner named Stardust!

But Stardust is not just the Wasacz family vacuum cleaner anymore. Thanks to the microchip, Stardust has become a spinning, twirling, talking, living, breathing machine!

Now it's up t Dr. Wasacz's son, eleven-year-old whiz kid Charlie, to free his father and keep the microchip from falling into the wrong hands. Who knows? With the help of Stardust, Charlie might just save the day!
