A year after his last ghoulish visit to Haddonfield, 12-year-old Jamie Lloyd is rushed to an Operating Theatre at the precise moment Michael Myers is choking the life out of another one of his victims.

The child, mute since she was brutalized last Halloween, is convinced by Dr Loomis (Donald Pleasence) to lie as bait for the evil incarnate. But, there's no such place as a safe house in October 31st as Michael stalks his prey with the skill and cunning of the Devil himself...
