1991, 90 minutes, Rated M

The Final Sacrifice picks up this macabre tale when the neighbouring town of Hemingford discovers the gruesome massacre of Gatlin's entire adult population as well as those children who refused to particpate in the human sacrifices to the fields. The once quiet mid-western town is jolted into activity as a barrage of media reporters descend upon it. Among them is tabloid reporter John Garrett (Terence Knox) who is hoping to save his failing career by breaking the story on the bizarre murders. Travelling with Garrett is Danny (Paul Scherrer), his defiant 18-year-old son, a young man filled with resentment for his divorced father's lack of attention over the years.

Garrett arranges for him and Danny to take a room in local Bed and Breakfast owner's Angela (Rosalind Allen) house.

Much to Garrett's delight, Angela, believes in the innocence of Gatlin's children, and takes in orphaned Micah (Ryan Bollman).

Micah soon becomes the leader of the resurrected corn cult, and under the influence of the mythic "He Who Walks Behind The Rows," more adults die horrible, violent deaths. Sensing that Danny is at odds with his father, Micah tries to lure him into joining the cult.
