Darren (Aaron Kwok), a young Chienese security officer, is assigned to Team 808 along with sensuous Japanese Interpol officer, Noriko. Their task is to go undercover amongst the glamourous world of Shanghai's money and high finance in an effort to destroy a large International drug cartel. The war of wills becomes an electrifying struggle between the oldline drugs lords, the new kids on the block (Mark Dacascos and Coolio) and undercover cops.
