Jason Chandler (Patrick Muldoon) is a member of the FBI's Serial Killer Apprehension Team who specialises in tracking down America's most notorious serial killers.

He is lured into the highly secretive and sophisticated unit known as The Red team, where Jason quickly learns that The Red Team is an execution squad established to weild vigilante upon suspected serial killers. Judge, jury and suspects, have been discarded... in a warped bid to eliminate any threat to the community.

Jason must make a decision... and fast. Go along with The Red Team's philosophy and become a criminalor defy them... and become another dead man!!
