Guiseppe (The Guppy) Calzone, is the new head of the Calzone family.
Guppy's aging father, (Dom Deluise) is concerned that his son is not cut out for the Mob business... so packs him off to Mafia University.
On taking the reigns of power, the Family's ventures go from bad to worse and the FBI is tryintg to put Guppy behind bars.
Rival Mafia boss (Rodney Dangerfield) senses that this is the perfect opportunity to crush the Calzones and so makes Guppy "an offer to good to refuse"... the hand of his beautiful daughter and then when he least expects it... they'll whack him!
Can Guppy restore the family honour, defeat his enemies and even lost his virginity!
This is one Goodfella who finds it hard to be bad!
