James Bishop (Matt Stasi) is an idealistic young doctor fresh out of medical school when he lands what he considers to be his "dream job", working with the prestigious Dr McCort (Bruce Payne) at an asylum for the criminally insane.

Instead he is headed towards his worst nightmare.

He discovers, with the help of some if the inmates, a Satanist Cult specialising in providing new souls for "The Harvester" in the most diabolical of ways. Imagine his horror when he learns that the love of his life, Lauren (Julia Lee) and himself are next in line.
