Eddie Lomax (Van Damme) has lost the will to live...

On a lonely desert road, he is confronted by the Hogan brothers, shot and left for dead. Eddie is rescued and comforted by Johnny Six Toes (Danny Trejo) an ex-army buddy who lives alone in the remote desert wilderness.

The Hogans and a rival gang of bikers control the tiny desert town of Inferno with a deadly reign of terror.

Fully recovered and with a new respect for life, Eddie Lomax stages his own 'one man' vendetta against the criminal gang and the men who nearly killed him.

The Hogan boys played with fire... and now somebody's going to burn!
