Sarah Zoltane (Sarah Chalke) moves into a picturesque little New England town.

The house into which she and her mother move is thought to be haunted. The local gossip centres around the legend of another girl named Sarah who was buried alive as a witch by the towns' founders...and vowed to come back and wreak revenge.

When the descendants of the witch's killers fall victim to a series of unexplained accidents, suspicion falls of Sarah... who the town believes is the evil reincarnation of the witch.

Sarah must find out who is really trying to kill the town's youth... before she becomes a victim.. and is buried alive at the stake.
