The year is 2005 ... the newly appointed Netforce Commander, Alex Michaels has taken over control from friend and mentor, Steve Day (Kris Kristofferson).

Netforce team is assigned to track down ruthless enemies whose diabolical goal is to control the Internet. Alex, along with Deputy Commander, Toni Fiorelli (Joanna Going) must control the challenge using both physical and electronic weaponry to fight the Net criminals.

An ambitious software mogul (Judge Reinhold) and two warring mob families battle to control the Net and gain access to top secret information... Alex likewise must control the Director of the FBI, the President's Chief of Staff and a mysterious assassin in an effort to protect his team and the mission.

In a race against time Alex discovers ... "He who controls all information, controls the world".
