When two escaped cons find an orphaned baby, their lives go from the state pen to the play pen. Billy Raedeen (Skeet Ulrich) and Buford Dill (Gary Oldman) are on the run from the law, but they never counted on getting a new little partner in crime.

Soon, they join forces with a crazy group of trailer park folks, and the two outlaws find themselves doing something they've never done before... the right thing.
