In a broken down car on a seserted Nevada highway, a young bride waits for her husband to return with help. Out of nowhere Aaron Quicksilver, a strange and quixotic character arrives.

Thankful at first for the company, the newlywed grows ever more fearful as the old man tells a bizarre tale of toy teeth, their innocent chattering, the harbinger of doom.

Further down the highway a pickpocket on the run encounters Aaron quicksilver too. This time he has a different grizzly tale to tell - the story of Dr. George, a gifted plastic surgeon whose hands developed a mind of their own and on a gruesome rampage wreak unimaginable havoc.

Based on the short stories: "The Chattery Teeth" by Stephen King and "The Body Politic" by Clive Barker.
