Every dream has a price... Under the glow of the Las Vegas strip, there is a dark side, that swallows dreamers and dreams alike.

Runaway, Johnny (Jesse Bradford), sets out to find fame and fortune on the race tracks of the USA, only to find himself on the ride of his life. Johnny learns, along with his new friends (Steven - Jonathon Taylor-Thomas/Eric - Jordan Brower), what it takes to survive... and at what cost.

Dreamers come to Las Vegas... but not all of them get to leave. Johnny must decide if he has what it takes to follow his dream.
