Two small time conmen, Andy (Adrian Dunbar) and Pete (Neil Morrissey), are mistaken for a pair of hired hit men.

Instead of clearing up the matter and fleeing, the two try to take advantage of the Crime Boss who is hiring them. The two are able to swindle a considerable amount of cash out of the mobster without even meeting him!

Just as they are about to flee back to jolly old England, the crimew boss' strongman drops in for a visit to see how his hired guns are going. Things become further complicated when the real hitmen Tommy (Michael Rapaport) and Terry (Donnie Walhberg) show up.

Add in a love interest for one of the conmen and hitmen, a life and death situation and the real target of the assassination and you have a terrific comedic thriller.
