A high level CIA Computer specialist Peter Klein (Judge Reinhold - Beverly Hils Cop Trilogy) is in fear of his life and seeks help from CIA colleague Mark Stewart (Patrick Muldoon - Stigmata, Starship Troopers).

The two get framed by corrupt CIA bad guy Mark Bolan (Linden Ashby - Mortal Kombat) and find themselves in the middle of a scandal with a mafia hitman out to get them, none other than Stewart's foster brother Tony Cicero (Paul Sampson - Deuces Wild).

The brothers join forces and the trio embarks on a mission to expose the corrupt CIA with the help of Lucky (Robert Milano - Donny Brasco, Dungeons and Dragons). When Laura (Carmen Elektra 0 Scary Movie) is kidnapped by the CIA agents and held as a hostage wth her life and a lot of cash at astake, it all leads to an ultimate confrontation with a lethal high-speed chase and an unsuspected ending.
