Clinton, a small time smuggler delves into the seedy underworld of illegal weapons sales when he finds his brother murdered by members of a contra syndicate.

The only lead is ex-hooker Nadine. Together they uncover a link between the Mafia, a bent lawyer and ex-military men raising money for the contras. They also discover a tape which links Clinton's brother to the scheme, providing the motive for his murder.

The syndicate will kill to get the evidence back. Clinton is bent on revenge. When he has his target in sight, there is BLOOD in his eyes.
