An exotic dancer, Gina (Asia Argento) is attacked after a show. Her boyfriend is killed, and the assailant flees.

The police Sgt. Burns (Lochlyn Munro) is determined to catch the killer and his superior Lt. Krebs (Dennis Hopper) is kind to Gina and offers to drive her to the bus station. Instead he kidnaps her and locks her into a special cage built in the basement of his remote house.

Her nightmare is only just beginning. A terrifying year-long ordeal ensures as Krebs keeps Gina imprisoned on the pretext of reforming her.

Sgt. Burns still won't let go of the unsolved murder case, and while investigating another stripper attack he begins to turn up strange coincidences.

Gina will need to marshal her strength and resourcefulness born of anger and desperation to survive an explosive and horrifying end game.
