Set amongst the fast-paced world of competitive Go-kart racing, KART RACER stars Oscar nominee and Golden Globe winner Randy Quaid (Independence Day, The Paper, Days Of Thunder) as the father of a 14 year old go-kart racer, Watts Davies.

Watts and his friends spend their days racing go-karts throughout the quiet streets of their small town, and causing a great deal of trouble along the way! But once he gets the opportunity to race his go-kart competitively (at speeds of over 100kph!), his adventure begins on the road to the ultimate rewards both in kart racing and in life.
