Frankie (Dennis Hopper) is a low level Mob associate working for a cruel and voliatile boss, Sal (Michael Madsen). As Vic, Sal's right hand man carries out his brutal wishes, Frankie waits for the day he can be free. That day comes when he goes to the porn studio to collect from Joey (Kiefer Sutherland) a filmmaker forced to work off his gambling debts. It's there he meets Margaret (Daryl Hannah) a sexy porn star who wants out, and death and desire collide. Hatching a dangerous game plan, Frankie will direct his own brutal vision of murder and salvation and Sal will be his star...
