The year is 1850. Wolves plague the forests. More and more people are disappearing. The mutilated bodies present precise surgical cuts along with savage gashes. The local villagers are terrified, too frightened to enter the forests. The legend of the "Werewolf of Allariz" expands throughout the land.

Based on the true story of travelling vendor Manuel Blanco Romasanta, convicted of 13 vicious killings in the Galician hinterland of Spain in the mid 19th century. But Romasanta was not an ordinary man, this is the story of a werewolf, the monster feared by all.
