Ben (Gil Bellows from TV's Ally McBeal) is president of Image Systems, which has developed a satellite bio-tracking system which will revolutionise the fight against crime. His success has attracted the attention of the company's major competitor, Datacore, who have hired Vincent (Christian Slater from Broken Arrow), the industry's best and most aggressive head-hunter to recruit him.

Vincent's tactics to persuade Ben are persistant at first, then insistent, finally violent. As Ben quickly discovers, Vincent will stop at nothing to get him to accept Datacore's offer. Ben cunningly strikes back, playing the villain at his own game and climaxing in a suspenseful showdown between the hunter and his prey.
