Evan Hanson (Lorenzo Lamas) is the best motocross coach in the country.

After leading his daughter Callie (Alana Austin) to national championships, he takes on a new challenge - saving a local dirt track from a motorcycle gang who are squeezing out the kids who ride there.

Finally it's agreed that the fate of the land will be decided with a single race - the winner keeping control of the land and the track. But when his best rider in injured, Evan finds the most unlikely substitute in the form of a chimpanzee named Cody, who teaches Evan and the kids that "Anything is possible."
