Psycho-terrorist Slash Gallagher has finally been brought to justice by lawman Kurt Decoda. He is sentanced to serve his prison term in the newest form of criminal detainment: Holographic Stasis. Slash's mind & soul are stored on a computer, destined to be reprogrammed but Slash's gang of killers break his mind and soul out of the computer. Now he walks the streets as an electromagnetic hologram, able to pass through walls & bullets without hinderance, Slash has the power of a god. The only man who can bring himd down is the cop who put him away, Decoda. Only this time, Decoda's plan isn't to send him back to jail... it's to send him to hell.
