The law as we know it has been replaced by Cyborg Executioners who are used for search & destroy missions. When Scret Service Agent Phillips, Don "The Dragon" Wilson (Ring Of Fire, Out For Blood) is blamed by his own people, he becomes the relentless Cyber-Tracker's next target. Phillips joins forceswith newscaster Connie Griffith, Stacie Foster (TV's Star Trek: The Next Generation) and Jared Kerns, Steve Burton (Star of TV's General Hospital) a young rebel avenging the death of his brother. Also on their trail is his personal nemesis, fellow Secret Service Agent Richard Norton (Chian O'Brien I & II, Kickfighter). The action never lets up, starting with a horrific opening fire fight immediately followed by a heart-pounding terrorist attack and into a final showdown with the indestructible mechanical monsters.
